Start by Finding Out Where the Water Comes In
Almost every wet basement in Chatham-Kent traces back to one of a handful of entry points, and the right repair is completely different for each one. Sump Pump Failure — The Most Common Cause of a Sudden Flood
If your basement has been dry for years and then took on water in a single storm, suspect the pump before you suspect the foundation.
